About GrowthBoost

We Don’t Start With a Service.
We Start With the Problem.

GrowthBoost helps established health, aesthetics and wellness businesses find where customers and revenue are being lost — so they can stop wasting money on the wrong solutions.

Because more marketing isn’t always the answer.

A new website isn’t always the answer.

AI isn’t always the answer.

The right diagnosis comes before the prescription.

The Mind Behind GrowthBoost

Meet Michael Dantzie

Michael Dantzie, founder of GrowthBoost
Michael DantzieFounder & strategist

Michael is the founder of GrowthBoost and the strategist behind its diagnostic approach.

His work starts with a simple principle:

Don’t prescribe before you diagnose.

Businesses rarely have just one marketing touchpoint.

A customer might discover you through Instagram, search for you on Google, visit your website, read reviews, make an enquiry, speak to your team, attend a consultation and receive follow-up before deciding to buy.

Those aren’t separate marketing activities to the customer.

They’re one journey.

Michael’s role is to look across that journey as a connected commercial system rather than assume the answer is more advertising, a new website, better SEO or another piece of technology.

He examines how customers find you, what happens when they engage, how enquiries are handled, where momentum breaks down, what happens after the sale and where opportunities may be escaping.

Then he asks the question that matters:

What is the biggest problem worth fixing first?

That thinking led to the GrowthBoost FLOW Method™:

  1. 01

FIND where customers and revenue are being lost.

  2. 02

LIFT the biggest barrier to growth.

  3. 03

OPTIMISE the parts that drive the result.

  4. 04

WIDEN your reach once the system is stronger.

Michael leads the strategic diagnosis and holds the thread from problem through to prescription.

“The problem decides the solution. Not the other way around.”

Trusted Experience

Our team has worked with

These logos represent their credits, not ours. Some of the work was commissioned through agencies, some directly by the brands themselves. When a project calls for it, we bring these specialists in — illustrators, animators, directors, producers — so you get that calibre of craft without the agency overhead.

The People We Bring In

Specialist Expertise.
When the Evidence Calls for It.

GrowthBoost is deliberately lean.

We don’t maintain a large team simply so we can sell you a long list of services.

Once the problem is understood, we bring in the specialist expertise the solution actually requires.

That could mean strategy, UX, copywriting, web design, video, creative direction, automation or another specialist discipline.

One diagnosis. One strategy. The right expertise for the problem.

Laith Wallace

Laith Wallace

UX & Product Design

Laith is a Product Design Manager, speaker, and educator with over a decade of experience working with some of the most recognisable brands in the world, Aviva, Adidas, British Airways, Orange, Nestlé, Eurosport, and Discovery Networks, to name a few.

Experience & background — Laith Wallace

He specialises in business and design strategy, product design, and user experience, bringing the kind of precision and intentionality to every layout that turns a visually impressive page into a page that works. When the design has to earn its keep, Laith is the person we call.

He also teaches and mentors the next generation of designers. Which means he's not just experienced, he's someone who can articulate why every design decision matters.

Gavin Campbell

Gavin Campbell

Illustration & Visual Identity

Gavin is an international illustrator, art director, and Adobe influencer whose client list reads like a who's who of global creative: Adobe, The NBA, Microsoft, Sony Music, Vogue, Ryanair, RCA Records, Shell, and Persil.

Experience & background — Gavin Campbell

He's entirely self-taught, no formal creative education, which makes his perspective both refreshing and formidable. He understands what it means to earn your place in a room by the quality of your work alone.

When a GrowthBoost project calls for visual identity work, bespoke illustration, or creative direction that needs to feel genuinely premium, Gavin is who we bring in.

Adobe called him one of Europe's most creative talents. His former clients at Sony Music described him as someone who "cements projects by visually constructing a vision." Microsoft credited him with growing key social metrics during a flagship campaign. We'd call him indispensable.

Anderson West

Anderson West

Film Direction & Video Production

Anderson is an award-winning British-American writer/director with over a decade of experience making short films, commercials and documentaries across the UK. He studied Film Production at Staffordshire University and has built a reputation for authentic, multi-layered storytelling.

Experience & background — Anderson West

His work includes projects for WWF, United Utilities, Brother, TalkTalk, Holts, Chester Zoo, the National Trust, Zoflora and Samaritans, bringing that same storytelling instinct to some of the UK's best-known organisations and brands.

He doesn't tell one side of a story, he finds the whole story. And that quality translates directly into video content that feels real rather than produced.

When a GrowthBoost project includes video, whether that's a Trust Accelerator explainer, testimonial shoot or brand film, or social media marketing videos, Anderson brings the creative and technical rigour to make it resonate with the intended audience.

A three-time finalist of Pitch UK. Internationally screened. And someone who genuinely believes there is no boring story, just filmmakers who haven't done it justice yet.

Jonathan Dantzie

Jonathan Dantzie

Artist, Illustrator & Creative Director

Some of the most compelling creative talent never sat in a lecture hall. Jonathan Dantzie is proof of that.

Experience & background — Jonathan Dantzie

A self-taught artist, illustrator, and creative director, his work spans illustration, mural art, and visual identity, with one thread running through all of it: the ability to make people feel something before they've read a single word.

When Porsche Leicester needed an artist who could translate the soul of their brand into something visual and visceral, they commissioned Jonathan. That trust isn't handed out lightly.

His large-scale mural work for care homes shows a different side, sensitivity, warmth, and dignity in spaces where the environment directly affects how people feel every day.

As Creative Director at Danzy Design & Marketing, he ensures what a business looks like is as persuasive as what it says. He's also actively developing his animation practice. Watch that space.

Our Philosophy

Look at the Whole Journey.
Then Fix What Matters.

  1. SEO can bring more people to your website.

  2. Advertising can generate enquiries.

  3. Social media can create awareness.

  4. A website can turn interest into action.

  5. Follow-up can turn enquiries into appointments.

  6. Sales can turn opportunities into customers.

  7. Retention can turn customers into greater lifetime value.

GrowthBoost AI robot diagnoses a gap between Follow-up and Book in the customer journey, with uniform stage tiles and arrows leading from Discover to Return.

But none of these exists in isolation.

They are connected parts of the same customer journey.

That’s why GrowthBoost doesn’t begin by asking:

“Which marketing service can we sell?”

We begin by asking:

“Where is this business losing customers and revenue, and what should be fixed first?”

Sometimes the answer will be more demand.

Sometimes it will be conversion.

Sometimes follow-up.

Sometimes retention.

Sometimes technology or AI.

And sometimes the evidence will show that the solution you were considering spending money on isn’t what you need most.

That independence matters.

Because finding something that could be improved is easy.

The harder, and more valuable question is whether it’s the right problem to spend your money fixing.

Find the problem. Fix what matters. Then grow.
